When I was looking for teacher pages on a school website, the types of information that I found on the teacher pages was a picture of them, what grade and class they teach, their work email, class website, and phone number. I think that it was very easy to find this teacher page, all the you have to do is log onto the school’s website, click our school and click faculty and staff. If you go to the search bar and type in teachers, different sites from Leon county school come up. These include different school sites, faculty and staff pages for other schools and teacher portals. I found it even easier to scope the page out for faculty and staff rather than type it in the search bar.

I think I will easily be able to use technology to accomplish my professional responsibilities once I teach. Our generation has been taught how to use different resources and platforms since 3rd grade or even younger, therefore we are able to easily pick up new shortcuts and techniques on new technological platforms. I think some resources that I will use are Canva, Google calendar, the microsoft paltforms, and teachers pay teachers. Canva has so many free templates that you can choose from when it comes to presentations, pamphlets, worksheets, invitations etc. so it is so easily to quickly customize the templates to your liking for events and assignments. I think google calendar will help me a lot in the classroom because I can share it with other and add every assignment, field trip, day off, and other important dates to not only help myself remember but the parents and students as well.
I do think that using Canvas for assignment 2 was more difficult than I anticipated. I have never used Canvas in that form and when it came to uploading the documents I did not know where to start. The one thing I did like however is that my group and I could automatically all add to the page without having to send a link or find a way to get in contact with each other. We each already had the others contact information and could add and edit our documents as soon as we liked, without finding a way to share them. I think I would possibly use Canvas with my future students but it would only be if I taught upper level grades and I would most likely give them a tutorial on how to access everything first
